This three-day training course extends the learnings of the previous course for a higher level of mastery of influence, personal mastery, state control and understanding of how people work. Certificates in Business-NLP level II will be issued to successful graduates. Participants with be empowered with the following skills:
- Behavioral modeling: extend your modeling skills as a tool of rapport and influence and learn to codify success
- Triple Description: approach issues from multiple points of view, and create an excellent feedback system
- New Code games: learn how to generate peak performance states on demand and transfer them in to any context you choose (such as public speaking, presentations, and negotiations)
- Chain of Excellence: understand the leverage points to move out of stress and into peak performance
- Milton model language of influence: suggest mutually beneficial outcomes that are easily accepted by your listener. Highly useful in sales, marketing, speeches, and in tricky client relations.
- Meta programs: understand the background of how we process and sort information, as well as making better decisions in hiring the right people
