This three-day training course introduces you to a selection of the most powerful NLP applications for the world of business. Certificates in Business-NLP level I will be issued to successful graduates. Participants with be empowered with the following skills:
- Rapport and calibration: build rapport quickly, and read quickly when someone is saying no or yes, nonverbally
- Micro muscle mirroring: how to unconsciously model people most successful at what you want to do bette
- Anchoring: catch customers and employees in good states and know how to easily trigger these states again
