Bob Sachdev was born in Thailand of Indian descent. He has vast experience in Managing and Training people in various businesses. He started his career as a General Manager for The Thonburi Textile Mills Co., Ltd. where  he was managing the business of 700 people for ten years. He was also a General Manager of Universal Polybag Co., Ltd. - an American BOI promoted plastic bags manufacturer and exporter for two years. He then started his own Video Rental Store business, where he opened four stores and ran them for 8 years along with being the General Manager of Universal Polybag Co., Ltd.. He then completed a Computer Engineering diploma and in 2005 he started his computer training career. He is a guest lecturer at Executrain and ECC Computer schools. He has held many computer workshops in various formats. Bob is Past President of Bangkok Toastmasters Club and Managing Director of P.S.P. Solutions Co., Ltd.

Daniel Schwartz has been involved in the Sales, Marketing and Business Development of Companies in technology products and services since 1984. He has also been in Sales and Marketing management since the late 1980s. He currently is Co-Founder of Bangkok Workshop as well as Managing Director of DPS Worldwide Company Limited (in Thailand). His role is to lead these companies to better serve customers Driving them to Success.

DPS Worldwide is focused on the development of sales and marketing channels throughout Asia for client companies.  The focus is providing strategic and management consulting services in the areas of international marketing, business development, and communications services.

In the past, Dan has also served as a key advisor to the management of Flight Explorer in the aviation integration, corporate strategy, and international business development areas. DPS Worldwide currently partners with Agent VI, Barons Services, Belfort Instruments, Counter Terrorism Technologies Corporation,  EDMO Asia Pacific, LHL Concepts and Midas PR.

Dan has personally sold deals between $1,000 and $20M USD and has led teams that have sold over $200M USD. He believes firmly in doing what is possible for others and is always available to consult on projects or discuss business issues. The focus of the business is to utilize the network of business partner companies throughout Asia to most cost effectively market products and services.

He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Moore School of Electrical Engineering and earned his MBA at the Joseph Sellinger School of Business at Loyola College in Maryland. He is a past Treasurer for the Board of Trustees of the Chesapeake Montessori School in Arnold, Maryland and has been a member of the Faculty of the University of Phoenix. He is Immediate Past Area T5 Governor and Past President of Capitol Toastmasters Club in Bangkok, having achieved the rank of Advanced Communicator Silver and Advanced Leader Bronze.  Prior to being President, he served as Vice President Education for nearly 18 months. He is a frequent speaker, trainer, and Event MC for top talent coming to Thailand from the USA.

Al started his work in training and coaching while serving in the United

States Army. His experience there with training leaders and troops from

multiple nations around the world is integral to his success in business.

Al has worked in Asia for approximately 15 years in a range of business

development and consulting roles.  He has a proven track record of working

with clients in Thailand and providing effective and appropriate solutions. He

has an extensive personal network within the business community in

Thailand and the region. Al writes the “Train the Trainer” column for the

Bangkok Post’s business section.

Al has a very strong background in working with both multinationals and

local firms in Thailand, having consulted with and designed training

programs for Fresenius-Krabi, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol Myer Squibb,

Pfizer, Roche, Berli Jucker, CIMB, Siam Commercial Bank, Janssen Cilag,

Wyeth, MSD, Nike, Nestle and others. In addition, Al has coached executives

from Johnson & Johnson, Chevron, Colgate-Palmolive, Bristol Myer Squibb,

Pfizer, Ericcson and Fresenius-Krabi.  He has also run extensive cultural

awareness training programs for Proctor & Gamble and other multinational

clients.

Al is a certified Hogan system coach and has the skills and training to help

clients use the psychometric testing to improve their recruiting process, their

training process and for internal coaching.

Al is from New York City, but has lived in Bangkok for 15 years. He speaks

English and some Thai.

From teaching on the shop floor to nuclear-reactor engineers in a clean room, from off-duty lounges for hospital staff to VIP offices for fast-track executives,from freshmen university students to retirees, with classes of over 220 to private one-on-one, Tim has a been very active in EFL classrooms in Tokyo, Klagenfurt and Bangkok.
