How to Create a Professional Impression in English
Four-Day Seminar
Business Communication is a practical, four-day workshop combining: theory, case studies and examples. In addition, participants will have the time and support needed to work on individual and group projects directly related to their company.
The workshop will carefully lead participants through a four-day role play starting with first contact, through negotiations and finishing with a signed contract. Working in small groups, participants will learn and have the chance to gain extensive practice and confidence in dealing effectively with overseas clients.
Participants should have intermediate English and a desire to improve communication skills.
From first contact with new overseas clients, by phone, letter or email to the signing of a beneficial contract, your success will often depend on your ability to work in English.
The aim of the workshop is to provide each participant with extensive practical knowledge and experience.
Professional impressions use four skills.
Speaking –what to say, what to ask and knowing what not to say and what not to ask
